Trolley and Rolls Royce
Le Limo's Custom-Built Luxury Trolley paired with our Vintage Rolls Royce in the autumn sun.
One of the most popular choices for wedding parties is the combination of our 1960 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce and our Custom-Built Luxury Trolley. Typically, the bride and groom travel to and from the reception in the Rolls as well as stop for a photo shoot. The Rolls makes for stunning scenery behind a beautiful bride. The trolley is used to transport bridal parties and wedding guests. With the increased liability on the hosts for drinking and driving, the trolley is a high class way to get your group to and from the event safely.

The Trolley
The Custom-Built Luxury Trolley is a magnificent vehicle equipped to seat 36 passengers. This Trolley has plush leather perimeter seating, wood grain exterior trim, LED accent lighting, it’s adorned with metallic gold graphics, oak interior trim, classic brass hand rails, brass bell with pull ringer, it has an onboard mini bar with glass stemware, a premium sound system, and an electronic front designation sign. The trolley was custom designed for Le Limo by Cable Car Classics in San Francisco, CA, it is is the first of its kind in the US.

1960 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce
This car is the epitome of class and refinement. The snow-white 1960 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce preserves its vintage appearance with its immortal "Spirit of Ecstasy" hood ornament, its memorable lines and its traditional wide white wall tires. The Rolls has fully restored classic features, a dove grey leather interior with beautiful burled walnut trim and has A/C for those hot summer weddings. It is the quintessential backdrop for photographs and a favorite with our brides who want to make their special day even more memorable.

These are genuinely unique transportation options that truly exemplify the elegance of your special day. Of course, we have more traditional options as well with our fleet which includes limos, Mercedes Sprinters, Party Buses, stretch SUVs and more. However, we only have one Trolley and one Rolls and sometimes they are booked over a year in advance. If you’re considering adding these vehicles to augment the grace and sophistication of your event, call us now at 508-842-4790.

Planning the Wedding Day Photo Shoot

Posted by Michael Foilb on Wed, Jan 08, 2014 @ 11:58 AM

Sometimes it’s just safer to explicitly tell your photographer about the images you want to capture at your wedding. It’s a good idea to make a checklist of any images that you think are important on your special day. We wanted to give you an outline of some classic shots that our favorite photographers use.

describe the image

Briana Moore Photography

Have the photographer take pictures of the process of getting ready. Get a shot of the wedding dress on a hanger. Other important articles to put on the photographer’s radar, bride and bridesmaids' bouquets, bride's jewelry, the wedding invitation and the engagement ring and wedding bands

Other photo ops during prep include, the bride applying her makeup, the bridesmaids and/or mother of the bride helping the bride into her gown, putting on the veil. For the groom get a shot of him tying his tie and pinning on boutonniere of the wedding party members.

Some typical shots for the bride include the bride alone, then with both mom and dad and then a picture of the bride alone with just mom and then just dad. Take pictures of the bride with the rest of the immediate family, siblings, grandparents, aunt, uncles, etc. You’ll want to add a shot of the bride with her mother-in-law and then with the maid of honor. Pictures should also be taken of the bride and with her bridesmaids and the bride with her flower girl.

Snap the same set of pictures for the groom (except add the ring bearer). After these shots you want to take similar photos with both the bride and the groom in the shot.

Then there are the important ceremony shots. Like when the groom first sees the bride. Include various shots that capture the venue. Pictures should be taken of the wedding party as they walk down the aisle. You want the photographer to capture the vows and the exchanging of rings and then the all-important first kiss. Take pictures of the bride and groom leaving for the service which should be followed by the bride arriving in the limo at the ceremony.

The photographer should take multiple candids at the reception and add to the mix, room shots, close up of the seating cards, close up of the centerpieces. Then there are the first dances, which you’ll want captured, and then the toasts, plus the cutting of the cake. The garter and bouquet toss make fun pictures and finally you’ll want a shot of the couple leaving the venue in their limousine.
